Set the tone for your weekend by connecting mind, body, and breath through an energizing flow. This class will take you through a mindful warm-up, a revitalizing sequence with some simple vinyasa flows, and a chance to let it all soak in by relaxing at the end. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all skill levels. There will be equal parts challenge and ease. Breathe, flow and let go of the week by tuning back into yourself.
