You can use a chair or the wall for standing poses; or sit for all or part of class. Get stronger and hurt less! Just ask any of my Chair Yoga students.

Class uses a mat, but we don’t get up and down from the floor repeatedly. Can't kneel? Standing or seated options for postures are given. Another issue? Many other modifications are offered to help you be successful.

Safely get stronger, confident, and more fit. Class is personalized around your injuries, illnesses, and issues. If you want to learn how to lift but don’t know where to start, this class will put you on the right path.
