    A dance party that delivers a total workout, Zumba spices up interval-style fitness routines with moves and rhythms from Latin and World cultures. This class is great for beginners and offers modifications for every fitness level. What to bring: Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle.

    Belly Dance $50 for May - Wednesdays 5:30pm

    60 minute class

    The perfect balance of cardio and core, each class combines muscle isolation exercises and Middle-Eastern-style movements into a fun dance routine. This class is great for beginners and offers modifications for every fitness level. What to bring: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, a hip scarf, if you have one. You may choose to dance barefoot, or wearing socks or flexible shoes. The instructor brings a limited number of hip scarves for students to borrow.
