Initially, my interest in taking Tai Chi was mainly to try something to help my joints and movement. I will say, after two months of classes I’ve been able to stop taking my joint supplements on a regular basis. I still have joint issues, particularly in my hands, but the pain isn’t as bad as it was. But now, I’m just enjoying Tai Chi/Qigong. The health benefits are an added bonus. KS

Just wanted you to know how much I enjoy the yoga classes. I had a stroke Jan. 2015, caused by stress. Have had problem with dizziness and my right leg dragging ever since.  Been to physical therapy, medication, change of medication, gone to neurologist, lost weight, and been told by doctors there is nothing they can do for me.  Got into chat room on line with people with same problems. Some recommended yoga. That’s why I started coming. I still have bouts with dizziness, but less often. Monica

I once again left Kindra’s Power lifting class this morning feeling better than when I went in. I was tired after a poor nights sleep and the last thing in the world I wanted to do was work out, but I got there, and there were new folks who needed to know that if they do it they will improve so I gave it my all. The rest of my day has been remarkably better – a better attitude, more energy, and a renewed respect for myself and what I can accomplish. So thanks once again Free Range Yoga for helping me remember why I love you so. And Powerlifting isn’t the only thing for which I am grateful – yoga (when i do it) gives me balance and centeredness and strength. Bravo YOU Free Range Yoga! Julie

I am not one to give up, but when the Dr’s said there was nothing they could do for me, I was willing to do anything possible to get well.  Yoga is a God send for me.  I hate taking drugs.  Want to do as much naturally as possible.  Thank you so much for all of your help.  God Bless.  Monica
