… after two months of classes I’ve been able to stop taking my joint supplements on a regular basis. I still have joint issues, particularly in my hands, but the pain isn’t as bad as it was. But now, I’m just enjoying Tai Chi/Qigong. The health benefits are an added bonus. KS
