Three Thursday Series: Candlelight Yoga with Guided Meditation
Thursday December 4th
6:15pm to 7:15pm
$25 (or all 3 Thursday classes for $60)
A gentle class to nourish your inner light and reconnect you to the love and support around you and within you.
Class consists of:
* Gentle candlelight yoga
* Connection to your inner light and the love all around you
* Guided meditation

ZUMBA & BELLY DANCE
AJ fell in love with dance by the age of five, taking ballet classes through college, and was certified in Zumba in 2010 and Belly Dance Fitness in 2013. In high school, she studied ballet and jazz with the Bonnie Haney Dance Company in Fargo, North Dakota, later expanding her dance repertoire with swing and belly dance lessons in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
