    Rest your body as you heal your mind and spirit.

    Join Dawn for this restorative, loving session. You will receive Reiki either in person at the studio or via distance healing through Zoom.

    This is intentionally a small group setting of 5 so everyone will receive 10 minutes of Reiki.

    (I also do private sessions for $80 if you want to book one.)

    This is a "Mental Reprogramming" session where you will release old, negative patterns to create space for the new. You will move forward by repeating affirmations to build energy for the life you want.

    I love this practice! It is very healing.

    P.S. You do not need to douse yourself in catnip (but it has been done before.)

    AJ fell in love with dance by the age of five, taking ballet classes through college, and was certified in Zumba in 2010 and Belly Dance Fitness in 2013. In high school, she studied ballet and jazz with the Bonnie Haney Dance Company in Fargo, North Dakota, later expanding her dance repertoire with swing and belly dance lessons in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
