YogaFaith – Experience prayer in motion through the beauty of yoga as you move and flow to inspiring Christian music. A typical class includes prayer, meditation, Scripture, movement, pose variations, rest and stillness. All levels welcome.
Restorative Yoga – Gentle poses, relaxation, breathing, and letting go of tension. Take an hour for yourself to honor your body, mind, and spirit.
Leann has been practicing yoga since the 1990’s and became passionate about teaching and helping others after experiencing the positive benefits of yoga in her own life. She received her 200hr. teaching certification in 2016 from YogaFaith and is also a member of Yoga Alliance.
Leann teaches various styles of yoga. Her classes offer emphasis on finding ease in movement, increased awareness, breath work, and pose variations. Her goal is to encourage others by nurturing mind, body and soul in the hopes that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
