Hi, I’m Dawn Piper, welcome to my Online Classes!

There are two ways to do yoga online with me:

1. Stream classes with me live. These are just like taking classes at the studio, they start at a certain time and end at a certain time and we can interact. This “How To” document will outline all the steps to get registered to stream classes: Virtual Classes available now

Payment – option one – drop in.  You come to any class you want. You can drop in for $12, buy a pack of 5 classes for $55, or a pack of 10 classes for $100. You can share these with the person you are living with. You have 90 days to use the class cards. Pay for Class

Payment – option two – enrollment. You pay for a whole month of one kind of class. The price is based on how many classes of that kind there are that month x $8 – this is updated monthly. You can find details about registration under our Class Info link If we are halfway into a month and you decide you’d like to do the enrollment, I can prorate.

2. My Online Video Library is $10 a month. This is a good way to do yoga if you can’t meet at the times I have scheduled, or if you are on a strict budget. You still get excellent yoga instruction from videos, but not the interaction you’d have in class. Keep reading below for the Online Video Library.

I want you to feel better after each practice, so I give lots of options to help you get healthier, feel better, find more strength, and get balanced – mind/body/spirit – no matter where you’re starting.

I have over 70 video segments including mat-based and chair-based yoga practices; breathing exercises, and guided meditations so there really is something for everyone.

It’s like having you in my living room teaching me! Kate
The classes were easy to follow and allowed for options given a set time frame, which I completely enjoy! There is something for quick work break, lunch break, quick sessions at home or “full sessions” for a good workout. As always, you provide options for different positions due to injury or comfort…one of my favorite things about your teaching technique!! Bethany
I didn’t think chair yoga was for me, but I was wrong. I can take a break while at work and spend 3 minutes and feel SO much better. Shannon
