My Online Video Library is $10 a month. This is a good way to do yoga if you can’t meet at the times I have scheduled, or if you are on a strict budget. You still get excellent yoga instruction from videos, but not the interaction you’d have in our Live Classes.

The classes were easy to follow and allowed for options given a set time frame, which I completely enjoy! There is something for quick work break, lunch break, quick sessions at home or “full sessions” for a good workout.
